Class Fees & Details

~MOST CLASSES ARE A FULL YEAR, BUT WE DO HAVE A FEW THAT ARE ONE SEMESTER IN LENGTH...SEMESTER-LONG CLASSES ARE LISTED THAT WAY IN THE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS.~

EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS:

Books and other materials required for the classes are each family's responsibility and should be procured before classes begin.  This includes the class text and supplies as listed in each Class Description below, as well as obvious needs, such as writing materials and notebooks.  We have made every effort to include material requirements with the class descriptions, however, opportunities may arise that may require extra expense.

CLASS FEES:

FAMILY REGISTRATION FEE (2026-2027)

This is a one-time  (per school year) non-refundable fee per family. If the student is registered:

• By June 1st - the fee is $50
• Between June 2nd and July 1st - the fee is $60
• Between July 2nd and August 1st - the fee is $70
• After August 1st - the fee is $80

After registering online, please mail the family registration fee, check written to HRT Academy, to: Vickie Rukavina, 4309 Fox Ridge Road, Eagan, MN 55122.

TUITION

Monthly fees are listed under each class description and are due to the class tutor by the first class of each month. Please mark the "friends and family" option if you pay tutors via PayPal or Venmo, so that they receive the full tuition amount. If you have any questions about payments or how much the lump fee would be, please contact the tutor directly. For general payment questions, please contact us at admin@HRTAcademy.org.

SUPPLY FEES:

Additional costs may also include a semester-based supply fee for art classes and a dissection fee at the end of the year for some science classes. Contact information for tutors is shown under Tutors.

• All classes are 1 hour in length unless otherwise noted.

For the 2025-2026 school year, classes at HRT Academy run September 2, 2025, through May 13, 2026. We do ask families for a commitment to the full year so that our tutors can prepare lessons and provide the best experience for their students. Full payment is expected each month/semester, unless otherwise noted in a class description.
