Description: In Created & Called, students explore their identity, creativity, and personal voice through art, reflecting on how their faith shapes who they are. Description: Does your student have a desire to learn how to sew and create things with fabric? In this full year Beginners Sewing Class, they will go from learning how to hand sew to creating a project they can wear! We will start simple with the basics of hand sewing. Then we will move to understanding how to operate our sewing machine and trouble shooting it. We will also learn all the basic sewing stitches by machine and when to use them. All this will help them create many useful projects throughout the year! Which will inspire them to continue their love they will gain for sewing!

Description: Did your student have fun learning how to sew in the Beginning Sewing Class (or know how to sew already) but not quite ready for the Advanced Sewing Class? In this full year Intermediate Sewing Class, they will develop more consistent seam allowances, continue to grow their current skills, use the sewing machine independently, create and work on more difficult projects together. This class is great for the students who still need a bit more help and guidance while sewing. We will begin the year by reviewing the basics and then jump into some fun new projects. This class will help them build confidence and create new projects while building on the skills learned in the previous class!

Description: This class focuses on helping students grow into confident, responsible leaders who are prepared for greater independence and future challenges. Students practice leadership communication, collaboration, and problem-solving while learning how to manage their time, make accountable decisions, and serve others well. Lessons emphasize perseverance, self-motivation, and stewardship of time, abilities, and resources. Students also explore responsible online behavior, civic engagement, and goal-setting for the future. Throughout the year, biblical principles guide discussions about character, service, and using one’s gifts to positively impact others. This year challenges students to live out their faith through leadership, service, and wise decision-making. The focus shifts from skill-building to purposeful action and responsibility.

Description: Come join us for a fun time of learning how to make various LEGO machines. We will be using a variety of pieces, including LEGO Technic elements to make the class more accessible to everyone. We will make projects in class and you will have projects to make at home. Along the way, there will be unique LEGO challenges to create, including some Rube Goldberg-type devices. If you enjoy LEGOs, please consider joining this fun class. Description: In this full year of Advanced Sewing, students will continue to grow their current skills, build confidence using the sewing machine independently, and work on more difficult projects. Students must know how to thread a machine, wind bobbin, and have consistent seam allowances. We will learn how to mend and revamp clothes from their current wardrobe, and then be ready to jump into student chosen projects. This class will help them create more difficult projects while building on their skills learned in the previous class at a much faster pace! In order to be successful in this class, students must come to class on-time and ready to work on their own with limited guidance and be ready to choose their own projects.

Description: From 7Sisters: Career Exploration Textbook is a fun but powerful tool to assist your teen in evaluating potential careers. High school is such a busy time for teens. Sometimes, this academic busyness means that they do not have time to clarify what will happen after graduation.
It is valuable for teens who do not know what to do after graduation as well as for teens who already have a plan.
For teens who do not have a clue what they want to do after graduation:
Career Exploration is a wise elective subject to add into their schedule. Instead of graduating from high school with a shrug of the shoulders and a sigh of, “Well, I guess I need to figure out what I want to do with my life now…” your teen can be intentionally exploring areas of:
That’s what Career Exploration Textbook gives to homeschool high schoolers who do not know what to do after graduation.
Teens who do have a plan for life after graduation will also benefit from a Career Exploration elective. In reviewing their strengths, talents, experiences and values… all in the context of seeking godly counsel homeschool high schoolers often solidify decisions.
Interestingly, we sometimes see them tweak their career decisions as they go through the Career Exploration process. (Better to tweak now than halfway through their college years.)
So, for both types of teens, 7Sisters Career Exploration Textbook provides a lighthearted but comprehensive experience with this part of life preparation.

Description: I have enjoyed watching musicals since my teen years (if not before). Whether on stage or on film, I thoroughly enjoy watching a good musical. For this class, students will watch a variety of musicals, covering at least a forty-year time frame, at home, as assigned, and we will discuss them in class and do related assignments. I hope to include a bit of musical history/trivia as well. I'm really excited to introduce my students to some musicals they may have never had the pleasure of watching before!

Description: I am excited to share my love of hospitality and much more with the young women who decide to join this class. We will be looking into a variety of topics...possibly including Bible study (hospitality in the Bible), the five love languages, serving/loving others (family, friends, others), holiday celebrations, Proverbs 31, journaling, patriotism/citizenship, party planning, finding a mentor, and more. My hope is that the young women in this class will create a bond with each other. We will be doing special projects, some possibly outside of class time. My desire is to see the students in this class grow in their love for Christ and their knowledge that He has a plan and a purpose for them, no matter their age.

Description: I have taught this text before and am excited to add to what I have taught before. This is a wonderful curriculum that brings ancient history alive. The author follows
the Biblical timeline which creates more ease in retaining the information. We begin with creation and will end the year with Jesus' death and resurrection. The text is written from a Biblical Worldview.
We will use reports, pictures, videos, role play, actions, games, timelines, and more in
making the history we learn our own. Each week we will read three lessons at home and
complete take home questions. There will be quizzes and an assessment at the end of each
semester. There will be points given for each assignment and suggested grades given at the end of each quarter.

Description: This class is for the student who has previously completed the

Description: Though the words “music theory” can sound intimidating, in actuality, they are not. Like language, music theory has rules, is orderly, and builds on one concept
at a time, incorporating each concept into the next.
In this 1 semester class, we will learn the basic building blocks of music theory.
As we go we’ll put them together to learn how to create a musical “sentence”,
with structure, rhythm, harmony, and dynamics. This class will improve your
music singing and listening skills because you’ll have a better understanding of
how music it out together.

Description: Choir is open to all students grades 6 - 12. Our choir time will consist of learning basic music theory, note reading, rhythm, harmony, as well as preparing music
for a Christmas concert and a Spring concert. The repertoire will include faith-based pieces, spirituals, Latin texts, and seasonal pieces. My goals for any choir are as follows:
- First and foremost - Giving glory to God with and for the gift of music
- Appreciation for many styles of vocal music
- Respect for fellow choir members
- Quality vocal sound

Description: This class is an introductory general biology + lab course designed to impress upon each student the wonder of God’s creation. This class contains 16 modules that explore the scientific method, microscopy, the biological classification system, a survey of three of the five kingdoms, biochemistry, cellular biology, molecular biology, Mendelian genetics, evolution, and ecology. Lab will include the dissection of different specimens and use of the scientific method Students will also learn to keep a good laboratory notebook. Quizzes will be given each week to ensure preparedness for each class. Students should be actively engaged in the learning process.
Please note: This class is 90 minutes in length.
Homework: This class is designed for independent study and students should expect to spend 45-60 min per day outside of class time reading the textbook & working On Your Own (OYO) and study guide questions. A syllabus and schedule will be provided to help facilitate this individual work.

-A 3-ring binder and/or spiral notebook for note taking will be helpful.
Required Textbook: Exploring Creation with Biology, 2nd Edition (This can be purchased used on Amazon, or we have a few that can be checked out for the year.)
Supply fee: A $50 one-time fee will be collected to cover the cost of copies, lab supplies, etc. This fee will also cover specimens for dissection later in the year.

Description: This class builds on foundational acting skills while challenging students to grow in stage presence, character development, and performance technique within a Christ-centered homeschool co-op environment.
Students will learn:
• Character building and emotional expression
• Projection and articulation
• Blocking and purposeful stage movement
• Memorization strategies
• Teamwork and ensemble performance
• Confidence in auditions and rehearsal settings
Students will rehearse a structured skit throughout the semester, culminating in a performance at the end of term. Emphasis will be placed on responsibility, encouragement, and creative ownership of their roles.
This class is ideal for students who enjoy storytelling, creativity, and growing both in skill and confidence on stage.

Description: This performance-focused class is designed for students ready to take on a full one-act play production. Students will experience what it’s like to be part of a real theatrical cast from learning how to do auditions and being in rehearsals and final performance.
Students will work on:
• Script analysis and understanding character motivation
• Character development and emotional depth
• Blocking and stage composition
• Strong vocal projection and articulation
• Memorization and rehearsal discipline
• Professional rehearsal etiquette and teamwork
The semester will culminate in a full one-act play performance for family and friends.
This class requires commitment, consistent attendance, and memorization outside of class. It is perfect for students who are ready for a deeper theatrical challenge and desire to grow in both performance skill and personal confidence.
Faithanne’s goal is to create a production experience that strengthens not only acting ability but also leadership, responsibility, and boldness in communication skills that serve students far beyond the stage.
